The fusion reactor is anticipated to be a new source of clean energy. Magnetohydrodynamic flow in the blanket expected cause highly stable, causing heat transfer poor. Passive vortex promoter such as bluff body one methods found has great potential optimizing transfer. In this study, two circular cylinders staggered arrangement are introduced promote vortices enhance convection from heated wall using an electrically conducting fluid under constant magnetic field. effect Hartmann friction parameter and height differential onto Nusselt number were examined. Modified Navier—Stokes equations known SM82 used OpenFOAM simulate confined, quasi-two-dimensional, incompressible laminar MHD past bodies. It was that better when small.
